RETURN POLICY

No two crystals are the same. Each crystal may have a unique pattern or inclusions & and have beautiful markings which may not be captured in photos, each crystal is photographed in natural lighting. 
Therefore, returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics, or on change of mind.

All our packages are handled with care & time is taken to ensure products are packaged as carefully and securely as possible. 
Any breakage caused during shipping is out of our hands. 
If your item arrives broken; please contact us within 48 hours to send a Returns Form to you to be filled out. 
You will be required to return the products back to us in a safe and secure manner; using a track-able shipping method.
Once Moonlight Collective receives the package; we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you are required to pay for any shipping costs of the replacement.
Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only. 
No refunds will be supplied.

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations. Exceptions may be made under special circumstances and a restocking fee may apply.
